A new brand identity as a context for innovation

Voorma and Walch Makelaars in the Gooi is eager to move forward. Connect with the new generation and give partners the freedom to conduct business as they see fit. But in order not to lose sight of origins and essence of the organization in that renewal, we reestablished the brand identity of Voorma and Walch. Fully developed in a new brand identity document that provides direction and context for the innovations the office plans to implement the service.

From brand identity and user flows to full-fledged prototype

Based on the new brand identity document and careful development of user flows and user stories, wireframes were first drawn out and then all pages were developed into a full-fledged prototype.

The concept design struck an immediate chord. Quiet and chic, but above all a powerful visual elaboration of Voorma and Walch’s solid brand DNA and the versatility of living in Het Gooi. With subtle animation that does not bombastically throw the luxury and prosperity of living in Het Gooi onto your screen, but rather manages to convey the right feeling in a refined and detailed way.

 

A trusted partner for customers, even digitally

Where many firms have invested in making their services more efficient, Voorma & Walch has not deviated for a second from its high level of service. And even though much is being digitized, it should never mean that it becomes rushed and impersonal.

A great challenge to set up the tools and links on the new website as an extension of Voorma and Walch’s distinctive, service-oriented way of working. This provides a worthy stage for the exclusive housing offerings and the 6 branches. Intuitive API links with RealWorks and others make it possible to automate time-consuming processes on the back end. This leaves the brokers more time to be and remain trusted partners.
